Not from cookies but if you have any keylogger programs on your system then yes. A keylogger is a program which records all of your key strokes for example, your bank login info. Some keyloggers can then access the interent and email the recorded information to an e-mail address, where the hacker can see it.

Just be careful of what your download and install in your system. A good fire wall and virus protection should keep you safe.

Cookies, no. They track your internet browsing (websites visited, etc). Only installed spyware/adware that is on your system can see what information you are typing in the forms on the websites, so that could be sent back to whatever hacker/programmer conjured up that spyware.

Malicious software such as *keyloggers* can monitor every keystroke you make on your computer.
However, if you think you're infected with either spyware or a virus, go to this site http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down to free online virus & spyware scanners. I suggest you select Panda ActiveScan: it will clean and disinfect anything it finds on your computer. (Make sure you do a full system scan, i.e. *Scan My Computer*)
Good Luck!
