Not with the current technology/ knowledge of dinosaur genome sequence...

If the stem cells of the dinosaurs can be found and if proper agent (the one which carries the baby) is found, dinosaurs and all the animals which ruled the earth can be cloned. But today's technology is not enough to encode the huge gaps of genome in dino's genecode.

The could in Jurassic park!

Jokes apart, yes, I think they could be cloned if nuclear material or DNA was found of any dinosaurs. YOu would need the whole genome, though. or the information would not be complete.

No they can't. Dinosaurs no longer exist, making it hard to clone them.

Yes, they absolutely can.

However, you need a live dinosaur to accomplish it, probably two.
If you have some on hand, we could start right now.

Without a live animal to begin with, it's not cloning.

Now, can dinosaurs be created artifically? Unlikely. Very unlikely.

NO, there is currently no scientific possibility
you cannot clone a dead extinct animal you need
1: a live nucleus from the cell
2. a live host cell - stem cell

Jurrassic park is science fiction actually "mythology"

UM HELLO!!!!

JURRASIC PARK!

duh!

In seroiuosness I would not put it past science. Maybe not right now, but cloning technology is rapidly advancing.
