I would not consider them my bf/gf after that, there is nothing worse than a snoop. =)

I had a bf who was going through my emails. He was also good at checking my pager (Shows you my age). I had a friend of mine call me and send me some suggestive emails to see if he would confront me. And instead of being straight forward with me, he just began withdrawing and becoming insecure. I finally told him that I knew and that if he ever wanted this to work, trust HAS to be a part of it. In a sense, it was a good thing because I knew that he had some issues, but that was not the way to go about it!

Needless to say, we broke up and I am happily married now~! :)

If you go snooping, you can open up a can of worms!!!!

I would feel really weird about it, and I don't know if I would be able to trust him. Trust is a big thing in a relationship and to know that he doesn't trust me, that he has to go through my personal stuff to get an answer to his suspicions... it's an uncomfortable place.

Ask them if there is something that I did that made them not trust me. If not tell them I would appreciate some privacy.
