Very old song...
No, I hope not...I'm hoping our future (although I will not live to see 2525 and neither will anyone here!!)...will be much better than that...
All of those who have not heard the song are obviously very, very young..

No, Most species have become extinct, ours will never make it to 2525
Well, maybe it will get to 2525, but 3535,4545 or 5555 ? ,c'mon, Zolger & Evans must have dropped acid a few times too many.

I see a lot of it ringing true already. Consider when the song came out and how much of their ' prediction' has already come to pass?? They could be very right I think.

who knows, when I was a kid (i'm only 24) we were basically promised it would be like the Jetsons in 2000. So i'm still shooting for that.

That song always depressed me. It sounds so dismal. Personal opinion - I don't think we'll be around that long so, no, I don't think it will be like that.
