You probbaly have a cracked lens, that is allowing water to get in there. See your dealer to replace the lens.

I have taken a strip of bath towel and wrapped it around the end of a flexible coat hanger. After you have removed the bulb, the towel/coat hanger can be inserted into the headlight housing and manipulated to either dry or clean the inside of the lens. Spray the inside of the housing with a little glass cleaner. Change the towel strip as necessary.

Be sure the coat hanger does not rub against the lens. If the lenses themselves are cloudy, not just dirty, I would just change them. You may have to remove the housing from the car to do this procedure. If a seal is broken or if the vent is clogged, the problem will just recur. Nevertheless I would try this. Good luck!

Well you could take the whole unit off and out, rinse them with Dish soap in your sink.

However if they appear yellow-is and faded, this is due to Sun light and it's on the outside of the lens...this is not really something you can clean or fix...they will always appear like this.

I must say i did see and lens repair kit that is said to help this trouble out i saw it at WALTMART in the automotive section. You might want to try it i have not.

One more thing you may just want to buy new or newer looking headlamps and buy a cover for them at your local automotive store... i used "plastic wrap on my headlight lenses one and it stayed on for about 4 months, i keep doing this so that they don't turn turn that yellow-sh faded shade.

Best wishes.
