Just think. If Monday was less of a cr*p day, you wouldn't appreciate the weekend so much.
If you didn't have 'downers' then you would never appreciate the 'uppers' - bit like a Pro footballer, has everything and doesn't realize it.
But thanks for the reminder of the Bangles song from 1986. Great memories. That will at least improve next Monday for me.

Funny, my manic day is usually Friday. I work Sat and Sun, so today (monday!!!) is my saturday. Hence the reason i am painting my house and moving alot of stuff today.

Yes - had to catch an early train got to be in work by nine
if I had an aeroplane I still couldn't make it on time
cos it takes me so long just to figure out what Im gonna wear
blame it on the bus but the train is already there....
