This one for everybody living in South Pembs., Wales?

Why have we not got a re-cycling rubbish collection in place in our county? Does anybody know the answer cos the council have'nt got back to me on this one. Thanks

we have in milford haven it is put in orange bags and collected

cant find one then put it in bags outside the council offices and let them sort it out from there
