NONE. Cigarettes are harmful and disgusting. A major turn-off. I can't be around a woman (or man) if they're smoking them--especially indoors.
I think you're about 65 years late for being "sexy" -- especially with those extension-tubes.

Try just wearing the ashtray. I can say this cause I am a cigarette addict and I will tell you that there is not one sexy thing about it. Smoking will however make you appear older in the sense that you will get gray hair, wrinkles and disease lots sooner. Hey, if you are just starting then put them cigarettes down for good. Then you can say years from now as you look in the mirror, "Wow, am I hot or what?"

And for all those that said cigarettes are not sexy, the truth is people do smoke! And most will not quit, and if they do it is a hard and almost impossible habit to break. Just hearing on the news more and more how addictive they are is absolutely horrifying! So while it is better NOT to smoke they asked the question.......

I can't think of any man who would like to kiss a mouth that smells like an ashtray! There is not any such thing as a sexy cigarette!

Smoking is never sexy, and the smell of the breath of smokers should be enough to turn a person off...Smokers usually have bad skin and nasty teeth...

I am a woman who smokes and I do not think it is sexy. I think it is a stinky habit.
