I guess both are unfaithfull, only that as soon as he does not get any he does not have to go through the troubel to hitch a gf, but can go to a brothel. And with women, well it is about rebelling and grrrrl power, I think the fact that they are cheating counts more than the sex itself. Why would you want to keep an live in woman which is only a liability in the first place anyway ? Built yourself a life someplace where you have choices.

There are no known studies so far for this aspect of female behavior.Infidelity once or many times is the same thing.Creating a class of those who erred more than once makes single time offenders into virtuous persons!

I've seen some real folderol here, but this one stood out.
What study on this could be accurate? People lie in surveys about how much pork they eat.
There's no way to know except WHEN you know, and then what you only know about is the one person you know, and sometimes not even that.

i cheated in one of my relationships, and i regretted it. i should have ended it before it got to that point, and i ended it VERY shortly after (less than a week). the fact that my ex was totally manipulative and emotionally abusive was my 'excuse' but it doesn't justify it. i regret it because not only was it insensitive to my (now) ex [though he is an @$$], but also because i am now married to the one i cheated with, and it has caused trust issues.
so, that's one out of 4 major relationships (each lasting 2+ years) that i've cheated (and the only one that was abusive) and i don't plan to repeat that particular mistake.
