Why do Hollywood celebs feel the need to trash tradional values, Why do they hate conservatives???

Hollywood hate Christians? What do you mean? I rarely see Hollywood Bashing religion of any kind. I mean have you seen Jesus Christ Superstar? Or the passion of the Christ? They hate conservatives for the same reasons everyone else does...they are angry,racist, stupid war starting fools who don't care about poor people. Our republican president has found a way of screwing up this country really badly. I mean this war could have been prevented if his father had never been friends with Saddam in the first place.

Not at all! Hollywood hates small minded people who want to control their lives. That is not most Christians. Yes there is a small subset of people who call themselves Christian but are full of hate, but they do not follow the teaching of Jesus and twist the words of the Bible to their agenda. And then there are the racists, which Hollywood also hates. Again, not most Christinas, but a small subset who really are missing the point of their own religion. Real Christians don't support those "Christians" either (I would say hate, but real Christinas are not supposed to hate anyone).

I live in Hollywood, a high percentage of my friends (many of the actors) are Christians.

I think they hate conservatives who like to cling to the past at any cost. Hollywood lives by another set of rules and often exploits Christianity when it suits.The world is changing and what was once abnormal is being seen as normal and that can be a good thing, but I hope we all don't end up as amoral as Hollywood.

First, "traditional values" usually has little do with traditional values. Second, the Christians to whom you refer are that subset of Christians who behave as if they hate liberals, minorities and gays (we all know about love the sinner, hate the sin and all that), therefore "Hollywood" would consider it self-defense. Because we have certain morals and beliefs that Hollywood doesn't. For example, everything in Hollywood is all about sex, drugs, drinking, and just corruption of young minds and old ones for that matter. They don't like someone telling them that its wrong to do the things they're doing.
