If I give blood and the recipient subsequently commits a crime where he/she is cut and leaves blood behind, would my DNA also be at the crime scene?

no. Usually the blood is separated into its components and as white blood cells can be harmful on transfusion I think they are separated out. Only the white blood cells carry your genetic information. Mature red blood cell don't have a nucleus, so they can't be used to identify your genetic fingerprint.

If you gave them so much blood that your DNA is the dominant presence they are not going to be able to stand up, let alone commit a crime.
