well...that's kinda vauge however, if you know what hardware you do have...the best way is to go to the manufacturers web site for info on each of the pieces of hardware you have.

You want a specific question to a general question? If you want specific details about computer hardware, then you need to go to the manufacture of the hardware's website. Western Digital, Asus, Intel, Amd, etc.

Actually several of the new sites selling parts have pretty specific information abnout the parts on their sites, such as Newegg.com and tigerdirect.com. However for detailed specifics about a brand or specific part si best to go to the manufacturers website for that information
