Yes, go to your library and ask for the reference books called "Books in Print". It is usually four or more volumes and is issued each year. There is also an "Authors in Print" if you want to see all the books a particular author has out.

sure,, go to the Library of Congress in Washington DC they have a copy of every book ever writen.
