i am about to sell my house and i could not locate the developer to get signature for the consent letter.?

What are the other option left, please assist me to sell the house

Log on to the website of National House Buyers Association (non-profit organistation) and Ministry of Housing and Local Goverment Malaysia I believe you can find your answer there.

Few months ago, I sent an enquiry e-mail to National House Buyers Association pertaining some Legal issue related to house purchased and they reply my e-mail within 2 day.

Try to locate the developer through both bodies. Good luck.
