Depends on the circumstances, and what you consider aggression.

Lions, especially male lions, are more territorial that most cats, and more protective of their home turf, as well as protective of their pride, especially if there are offspring about. They can be quite dangerous if approached incorrectly or at the wrong time, but it is usually more defensive than aggressive.

Tigers are big, powerful predators that aren't really afraid of much of anything. They can easily become very aggressive, especially towards anyone who is displaying signs of being prey (wounded, moving quickly away from the tiger, etc.).

Leopards and jaguars are more solitary, and wary in general than tigers, and are very difficult to tame, even when raised by hand. They too can quickly become aggressive if someone shows signs similar to prey. They can also become very wily hunters if they become regular man-eaters. There have been individual leopards thought to be responsible for literally hundreds of human deaths when they realize humans have no horns, claws, and don't run very fast.

Pumas tend to be very shy, and are very wary of humans, but increasingly more and more hikers and mountain bikers have been entering puma territory, and triggering hunting behaviour by moving quickly away from the pumas. There have been more than a few recent deaths when pumas have chased down joggers or cyclists.

So all of them have the potential to be aggressive. It's important to remember that these are big, powerful predators with jaws and teeth that can kill a human almost instantly. They may look, and sometimes even act, like big, friendly kitty cats, but they definitely deserve respect, especially when we are walking on their territory.

I have worked at a big cat rescue and rehabilitation center, and have had experience with all of these cats. In my opinion lions are the most aggressive (at least the males are). Tigers are friendly (if raised by humans), leopards will hiss at you, but are not liable to attack you, and pumas are big chickens.

Tiger, as he is stronger, bigger, heavier and well equipped with formidable weaponry.

Moreover, Tigers are solitary animals and can even fight to death when warding off intruders of their territory.
