If you answered they are bankrupt due to vacuous, intellectually dishonest views, that would be on answer. Any others?

Here's One of My Favorite Passages:

"On Friday October 13, 2006, Air America Radio filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to stay on the air while it resolves issues with creditors. The network announced on January 29, 2007 that SLG Radio LLC, owned by New York real estate investor Stephen L. Green, would acquire the network, reportedly for $4.25 million [1]. One of the pioneers of Air America, Al Franken, announced on February 14th that he is leaving the network in order to run for the U.S. Senate from Minnesota."

I think they both know what they are doing. I can't imagine living with the idea that I push an agenda that will kill my country.

What they have in common is that you can't argue with them rationally, because conservatives mistakenly believe that liberals do not know better.

For example, if an argument is on minimum wage, conservatives argue that it will hurt businesses, cause unemployment, and set a precedence for the government to set prices on commodities.

The liberal will act stubborn--whether it is an Air America jock, a senator, or a teacher. But guess what, there is no fact stated by the conservative that the liberals DO NOT WANT.

Conservatives think that once the liberal sees that his idea will kill business, he'll say, "Ahh, I never thought of that. For here on out, I will vote republican! Vive Bush!!" Instead, the Liberal is excited because here's a rational person telling him that his actions will do exactly as he hoped--kill capitalism, expand government, make workers think that they are being helped while making them ultimately more helpless and unemployed. Wailing and gnashing of teeth, famine, great depressions, empty bloated bellies...that is the liberal version of Disney world.

All because they envy the raw power of Castro, Chavez, Guevara and other thug dictators. They see what happens to economies and democracies. They know! It is the role of benevolent dictator they want. Even if they have to step over your emaciated corpse to get it.

I would be interested in seeing a demographic study explaining why talk radio is predominantly conservative, and other media outlets are predominantly more liberal.

I personally lean conservative, but I'd appreciate a dispassionate analysis of the trends.

I don't think I've ever seen one.

They are bankrupt because they have a liberal bias. Conservatives and liberals alike can't stand a liberal bias in the news. Interestingly, conservatives CAN stand a conservative bias while liberals don't like that either. It's obvious that liberals are more intellectually honest.
I'm not some brain dead troll like you. I don't need biased news to reinforce by political ideology. Conservatives do. Everyone knows they are afraid of the truth.

Just like Air America, everytime the cons say we're done for, we come back stronger.

Faux news gets a cabinet post, Air America gets a Senator. Seems fair.

Just goes to show that most Americans won't listen to radio where hosts bash America all day long. Only a sado-masochist could tolerate that crap.
