Headlight covers? Do you mean your headlight is burned out and you want to change it?

You remove the bulb from the rear by way of the engine compartment. 1/4 turn and give it a light tug. This procedure should be in your owners manual if you have one. Just open your hood and look at the back of the light. The should be a disk with a rubber O-ring and wires coming out on the back of the headlight .. You may have one bulb or two depending on if you have high low beams separate ... and then there should be some minis that are your turn signals and running lights.

On the other hand if you wanted to remove your whole headlight for maintenance or repair or something you should have a couple screws holding it on but don't get them confused with the two aiming screws which will be in the same area and look the same. If the screws turn either direction freely they are the aiming screws, turn them back exactly where they were. The ones you want should only turn left and be tight to begin with. I'm not familiar with this van in particular but they will either be on the top front or directly on the top of the unit. It should be obvious with a quick inspection.

Anyway, they aren't headlight covers it's all one piece.
