That's like asking you why do you care that we care?
Most of us are just curious and don't take it seriously, its just some fun to pass the time. Entertainment. Isn't that what celebrities get paid to do? They entertain and celebrity gossip is a form of entertainment. Considering that most people know who Paris Hilton is but cannot name the first 10 presidents of our country tells you that it is a lucrative business.

Ya know I work all day with all kinds of people ,I'm tired at the end of the day, I come home and watch the foolish antics in the world of celbrities and thank goodness my life is so boring. To watch these fools make azzes of themselves makes me laugh and we all need a good laugh. Yes I have a life,and I enjoy life to the fullest and if I take a few minutes to watch this crap I will be soooo thankful that it isn't me in the middle of all this. I do find these hollywood idiots amusing. It's not that we really care about them we are just so thankful it isn't us.

I think it's just a case of us normal,everyday people, working hard, and struggling at times,doing the best we can,but basically happy...And we are watching these 'celebs' who have everything they want,tons of cash,property,'yes' men all around them,the world is at their fingertips! And what are they doing? Self destruct-
ing, divorcing, marrying, divorcing, whining, complaining,drugging,
,bitching,moaning,and
finally, rehabbing every three months over what they say,what they do,what they think,and what they take!!! Sooo, with all that said, I think alot of people are like me,we watch them more out of disbelief, than obsessing over them! It makes them seem so spoiled,and ungrateful. And let's face it,at times they seem almost insane! Like the money and fame has drove them nutts! I'll be the first to admit that I'd like a little more money, so my husband wouldn't have to work so hard,our kids would be more secure in their future,and we could enjoy the nice life a little more,BUT! The way the 'celebs' make that life look, I believe that most of us are much better off than they are!

Because, people are unfulfilled with their own lives so they live out their fantasies vicariously through celebrities. By obsessing about everything celebrities say, wear, and do, they feel more connected to the celeb life. I think people really just need to GET A LIFE.

Some people really just want to know who shaves their head or kisses another woman. But the real answer is people dont have lives or real friends to care about.

It's fun to make fun of the dumb..laughing them behind their back(they wouldn't know anyway) and their way just want to b A list celeb. it's funny man!!!

got me. celebrities are stupid, egotistical, drugheads. they're all obsessed with looks and for some reason they think that that the public cares what they have to say about political issues.
