Different people have different views, but mainly I think that some of these women get lauded for a hideous dress, outfit or look because the rater knows them or maybe one of their handlers or stylists and doesn't want to be insulting
PS I think Gwyneth is such a b!@#$ non-talent. Let her stay across the pond.

These tabloids just ran out of topics or gossips to report on. They criticise all they want just to create some news.
