For NC16 shows, are we allowed to watch NC16 shows if we are 16 on that year but our birthday is not over?

Do our birthdays have to be over before we watch NC16 shows?
Or can we watch NC16 shows if we are going to be 16years old on that year?
Example:
Birthday-25/9/91
Watch NC16 show on 3/4/07

Are we allowed to watch in the above situation?

it has to be the date u turned 16, so if your 16th birthday is on 31/12/07, u will have to wait till then to watch NC16.

pass birthday, than you consider 16.
no refund of ticket if you been caught by the ursher.
will be appreciate if you guys be honest when buying tickets.
make thing easier for the customer service officer and faster.
