i have lived with my boyfriend for 12 years and we have 5 lovely kids together but i fell realy down i keep think he is seeing someone else i have asked him and he says no and deep down i no he wouldnt do it but it dosnt stop me thinking it but it is putting a big strane on us and i dont want to loss him can someone please help

You are going to lose him if you keep acting like this.
You are going to have to trust him. Put your energies into other things, or you will drive him away.
Imagine how you would feel if he were accusing you of an affair all the time...

first, trust him.
He is still with you, then he must think something of you.
stop asking him, that will make him go out and do such act.
just tell him you love him and you want the relationship to work.
give him a shoulder and back massage when he comes home
from work.
cook his fav. meals and smile and be patient.
Its best to listen to him more than talk back.

Try to change your life ... like call him for lunch or any time he doesn't expect your calls and ask him out. Don't let him have much free time. If that was irritating for him or he try to find excuse not to come then you must hire a detective.
