If you work for a large company, contact your HR department to see whether they have a relocation scheme if you are relocating within the company.

If not, get the job first, in the interview, say you are willing to relocate and ask if they have scheme.

If none of this is viable, you need to consider whether you can afford to move. If you are buying a property you have things such as stamp duty to consider, moving firms, council tax. If you can, you need to start visiting properties, and the same goes for renting.

if you find somewhere, be honest, and have reasonable and realistic dates in mind.

It might be a good idea to do some interviews with companies that are in the area you want to move, to see what is available professionally.

It also might be a goo idea to look at homes, to compare prices and neighboorhoods.
