Hi there. It is called "A Tale of Two Cities" as all the action is split between Paris and London, with the main thrust the differences between Paris during the revolution (lawless, wild, poor) and London (orderly, rich, sane). The actual plot is a love story revolving around exiled French girl and the two men who love her.
I would give it 6/10, not his best work and a bit reliant on wishful thinking to paper over the cracks.
Cheers, Steve.

It's about the rivalry between the REd Sox and Yankees. Boston and New York thus become the 2 cities of the title. Get it? If you like baseball, it's closer to the 10.

It's about the French Revolution, and how it influences the fate of the protagonists. It's set partly in London, and partly in Paris - the "two cities" referred to in the title.

It shows how huge historic events affect the life of normal average people, and, conversely, how little people's actions add up to big historic events.
