Like the first answer said, you need to define a specific need before choosing an essential oil. You also need to take into consideration your personal preferences, allergies and sensitivities.

For example, if you are feeling a little blue, jasmine, ylang ylang, grapefruit and other oils can do wonders.

If you're feeling stressed out, then neroli, lavender and rosewood can help you.

Keep in mind that mixing essential oils isn't just a matter of adding a few drops of each. The scents should be compatible in a pleasant way but also in their aromatherapy qualities.

It is hard to recommend essential oils with out knowing what you are wanting to achieve with them. Please expand your question some.

Another thing to keep in mind is that some essential oils can not be mixed or can interfere with medications or medical conditions.

I love the oil called Christmas Spirit. It has orange, cinnamon and some other oils in it. It makes me feel awake and engergized. Another one of my favorites is peppermint, but it should not be used if pregnant.

I know one that smells absolutely luscious. It's called 'Meditation Oil' and is made by Dynamo House P/L in Australia. It's available online - they have a website. It's my favourite blend. I use it as a perfume sometimes ♥
