I think that it is your clothes--but only to some degree. A neat appearance is very good. When guys wear wrinkly clothes and look like they just rolled out of bed or threw on dirty clothes it is a major turnoff. When your clothes look good and you know that they do, it is a big confidence boost knowing you look good and you carry yourself accordingly. That applies to everyone though--not just guys. Just don't go overboard with starching and ironing. You don't want to look high maintenance.

When a guy is dressed up, I think it's better for him to be ironed and starched. :) But if it's weekend casual, I'd be thinking that he was kind of weird for ironing his stuff....

A clean neat appearance is definitely a turn on. It shows you care about yourself. I don't know what you look like but yes I am sure it definitely is noticeable.

Yup! I definitely prefer guys who look neat and take pride in their dressing. Especially when out on dates.

its prob coz you act more confident coz you have it in your head now that this works. But then again, if you are in a restaurant or a more formal setting, it is nice to see a boy well groomed!

of course. a neat and tidy freshly showered dude is always easy on the eyez.
but always starchy and in place is wierd ...taking it easy once in awhile is cute too. but not in a messy dirty way.
