Unfortunately this happens all the time. When all the women have to do it bring the baby to a local hospital, fire dept or police station and leave it there. They can not be charged with a crime if they do this. The baby will live and be put up for adoption and so on. But alot of these girls/women take matters in their on hands and do something really stupid. This is something that should be on high school walls, billboards and public places.

I read that in the paper, it was that blonde woman who does 'How clean is your house'.

It came out in her autobiography that she got with a guy , got pregnant and then he left her, she didn't tell anyone that she was pregnant and went into early labour and the baby died. She then buried and refused to have children since then. She claims depression and a bad childhood contributed.

The police have been involved because she didn't tell anyone about it and she was 7 months when she delivered the baby.

I know times back then were different to now and it was frowned upon to have sex out of wedlock but I can't understand this. She claims early labour, which she went through alone, but I cannot understand why she would just bury the baby, maybe if she had sought medical help the baby wouldn't have died or if she had seen a doc before she may have not even gone into premature labour but I guess these things are the things she will have to live with.

I think this is what your talking about.

That has happened in the uk. It came out in the autobiography of a semi famous celeb - One of kym and aggi fom how clean is your house! She had been young and had given birth but the child died at birth and in her naivety and being frightened she took the baby to a local park and buried it. The police were involved but nothing happened to her as she hadnt really done anything wrong.

This sounds like a really sad situation and i think that something like this should be dealt with in private. The woman who stars in 'how clean is your house' admitted to burying her dead baby and this police didn't prosecute as it happened along time ago. I think she spoke out about her experience to help others in the same situation.

It does happen that TV presenter Kim something or other from how clean is your house did it. She confessed to the police last year cos she had written about it in her book. She was not charged with any crime tho.

Unfortunately it does go on. Rarely, but there are many cases such as this, because of their very nature true figures cannot be given as some of the bodies are never discovered. Murder of an infant is called 'infanticide'.

Any death should be reported to the police for certification. If the burial was done without proper notification she can have problems even if the death was from natural causes.

Yes it does go on (I read too many magazines about true stories!) It is a crime if she never registered the birth/death
