My husband wand I are TTC. My cycles are between 28-30 days long. My first cycle started Jan. 28th. I'm very sure I ovulated around the 9th, but we had sex the 7th and 8th. I had very sharp pains on my right side, like period pains but more "pinpoint" on the 14th. We also had sex that day. I took a test on the 17th, faint line; but I'm fairly sure it was an evaporation line. I kept having cramps, twinges and odd feelings in my uterus. Other than that, I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary. I took a test yesterday, when I expected my period and it was negative. But no period yet. No signs of it coming. Does anyone know what that pain could be? Is there pain with implantation? Could I have tested to early? (I have a 2 year old daughter, and when I found out with her I was laready 6 days late, and my test was faintly positive, not sure if this matters though) I have no more cramping or "symptoms."

I guess I should've clarified that these were not the ONLY times I've had sex!! LOL I just thought these days were important to note. My relationship is just fine, but thatnks for your concern. :-)

they say that one of the early signs of pregnacy is light cramping...For me it was like very faint period cramps.

Jeeezzzz, just relax and wait a few days for crying out loud. Obsessing is not going to do you any good. You are either pregnant or you are not. I know what it's like to want a child and have to wait, It took me a year to get pregnant with my first and I went through a lot of pregnancy tests but I always waited until I was at least a couple days late. The answer will become increasingly obvious within a few days.

The way I see it is if you have to go to such great lengths to make sure you only have sex when you might get pregnant and not "waste it" on times when you can't then you should be working on your relationship instead of worrying about getting pregnant. If you have a good relationship then frequent sex is just a given and you will get pregnant eventually.

I understand that you have a 2 year old and that takes a lot of energy but there is always some left over for sex if you really want it I have a 2, 9 and 14 year old and a job and I can usually muster up the strength at least a few times a week.

My point is just have sex when you want to and it will happen eventually.

Pains can be a number of things. As I know you probably don't want to hear this. Have you consulted with your OB/GYN? You very well could be pregnant. I just found out I am about a month ago. My period was almost 2 weeks late before my test showed positive. I highly recommend being seen by your OB and discussing your pains.

Anxiety can make your body do wierd stuff...maybe that's it.
(Wait a bit longer on the test.)
I hope you don't have an infection of some sort...those pains can come and go also.
If the problem keeps occuring..se your ob/gyn.

Go and have a blood test done. They are more accurate. Sounds to me like there is a great possibility that you are pregnant.. Allow me to be the first..

Congratulations!!

Get a blood pregnancy test done and you will know for sure if you are pregnant or not.
