Never watched Prison Break, but even if Michael is smarter, Jack would catch Michael AND kill him before the police ever got to him, lol

Michael might be smarter, but it doesn't matter. Jack would off hime in about 10 seconds. Can't wait for 24 tonight!

Which fictional TV character is smarter? I'm not sure. But I think Bugs Bunny is smarter than Daffy Duck. Does that help?
