she keeps trying to get in my face about dome **** and i am not even doing anything i am think of beting he up but i want her to know that i am scard of her and i am not backin down if she wants to start what should i do should i tell her to meet me some were and we should jusst get it done and over with in stad of this keep going ?

don't fight with her. Hold your ground, don't be afraid to face her, don't "meet her" anywhere just don't hide from her. If she gets in your face laugh at her and if she starts a fight with you and hits you she can go to jail.

a fight is not going to help it might but if you do get in a fight ,look first let it get around school that theres gna be a fight so be like im gna kick that b's *** blah then you confront her let her be the first to take a punch then if you punch her it could be counted as deffending yourself but fighting really isnt the answer ignoring her is

Just ignore her & don't worry yourself about it. You probably have other things in your life that are much more important. Don't let her take priority in your life. She is insignificant, tell her that.
