No current gaming system can burn DVDs. Most Gaming DVDs are specially encrypted or copy protected DVDs, and thus the drives have a special Firmware to read these discs.

As there is no use of burning a disc from a gaming system, it would be much too expensive to build a DVD burner into the console.

There aren't any game systems that will currently burn DVDs. You will need to use a computer or some other DVD burner.

the ps3!!!!!!!!!!!! . i heard an article on ign (www.ign.com) and other sites such as 1up.com and gamefaqs.com saying that about one year after the ps3 launches in the uk a add on will be provided so that you can burn dvds or cds (it was rumored that it will cost £50)

I think the xbox 360 can but dont know how.

Im not sure, if they could it would either be barely legal software, or a hack.
