Yes, but not on major network. America One carries it, and there are games on some smaller regional sports networks, but sometimes these are on tape delay.

It does occasionally when there is absolutely NOTHING else on, like late at night when the local cablestations need to put something on the air. The CFL is on ESPN?? I don't think so. Maybe ESPN 2, but very rarely.

TSN, I believe, would sell rebroadast rights to the games to some of the regional sports networks. I used to have DIrect TV's sports channel package and could see CFL games on many of their channels during the week.

Yes it does, on certain channels. Look online for cfl broadcast schedules in the u.s. You can also watch the games on cfl.com website you have to pay for it, but its pretty cheap.
