The doctor and nursed will tell you no (and look at you like you are insane) but I believe that it could be your baby moving. Some women are more in tune with their bodies and notice things more quickly.

It could be the first signs of movement but I can remember getting what my mum called "butterflies" early on as well. It made me feel great as it was the first time I had felt the baby at all and it made is sort of "more real", if you know what I mean. When I was having my twins I couldn't help but feel them literally from day one, sorry I don't mean to worry you! However, congratulations and don't forget, a baby is for life, not just for Xmas!!!

you are only 10 weeks, it is not the baby yet. it is probably gas which mimicks the same feelings. or it can be the baby if you have your dates a little wrong, some people can feel the baby as soon as 16 weeks, however if this is your first baby you wont feel baby until you are closer to 20 weeks. congrats.

Usually you wouldn't be feeling the baby move so early, but it is possible, although unlikely. Also are you sure you aren't a few more weeks on than you thought?
Apart from that it might be a muscle twitch..
Congratulations btw:)

The sensation you describe is like what a baby feels like when you first feel her move. But 10 weeks is way too early (it seems) to feel that! Is this your first baby? I have heard that you feel your baby earlier after the first one... Is it possible that you have miscalculated your due date? Anyway, good luck!!

Yes that is definitely your baby....everyone's body is different and I felt the same fluttering feeling when I was about 6 weeks pregnant.....that was my main reason for going to the doctor because my stomach kept making this growling feeling.....congrats to you.....I won't tell you which sex it might be.

I would check your dates. They will be able to check this for you at your ultra sound.
But it dose feel like flutterning in your tummy. I was also asked at my first widwife check if I had felt this.
Congrats

its more than likely to be your belly rumbling. 1st time mums dont feel their baby move till they are at least 18 weeks gone. your more than likely to feel your bably move at the earliest of 16 weeks and then you probably only feel it then if its your second or third etc baby
