You have to agree Beyonce really wanted it bad. She's really got her goals all set out and she's really working at it. I personally didn't even think the song Listen was all that great. The lyrics were a bit tacky and it was stuffed into the movie at an awkward place to attempt to rival Jeniffer Hudson's And I Am Telling You and her other big songs. Yes Beyonce can sing, but her voice is meant for pop. In Dreamgirls she was already outshone by Jennifer Hudson (who truly deserved HER Oscar of course), how can she hope to beat the other bigwigs from the other movies?

Because she can't act. She delivers her lines with no emotions. She needs acting lessons.
