Surley it is too dangerous to let stupid people go around unchecked?

NO, NO, NO......
Let the stupid kill themselves. We have too many warning labels around at the moment. We live in a cotton wool society. Why should we feel the need to protect the stupid!
It's called Darwinism. is saying was, "Survival of the Fittest."
My saying is, "Survival of the Less Stupid."
It thins the gene pool too. We don't want to breeding with these people, kill them off! Or at least let them get on with killing themselves. Only when they injure innocents should we step in.

Um...I'm not sure, i guess that depends on what kind of stupidity your talking about... for the grades kinda stupid no...and for the funny stupidity no....but maybe for the "o lets go beat up that kid over there"....that would be a yes, but hey! where would we put them all? Maybe we could make a big school to teach them how to not be stupid retarted people!

Humerous, but no. That would make a whole group of people criminals from birth just because they have less brain capacity than others. It also would cause a lot of grief to normal folk who do, if you admit it like I do, pull a boneheaded manuver from time to time. To arbitrarily pick such a criteria would be blatantly discriminatory and wrong.

Listen pal, the prisons of the world are overflowing as it is. If stupidity was made illegal, there would be no one walking the street.
Besides, I think its cool for people to be stupid. Shows that they're human.

If it were illegal we'd all be in prison by now!! I am sure we have all done something or said something that is regarded as stupid by others. Like I could argue that you have just asked a stupid question.

I don't think so. Stupidity is judged differently in ones eyes. To error is human. To some people normal human Fla is considered stupidity. I don't think one could on a fair basis consider that illegal. Just my opinion of course

That would be AWESOME! But if there is already over crowding in jails can you imagine adding every single stupid person... maybe there could be some kind of stupid island they could all be sent to.

Unfortunately there's no point in criminalising something that people do not choose, so no.
But stupid people shouldn't be allowed out or to breed!
