LOL, good question. I think Bush and whats his face(Iran) are twins. Both are nutjobs and take thier marching orders from their respective WACKO religious extremists.

Bush or 'SHRUB' ( a small bush) as I like to call him is sadly not his own man.
His daddy has influential friends, in the media, in the oil business, in political lobbying.
These friends got him into power, by bribing, spending money, lying, etc.
Daddy, George Bush tells the shrub what to do. The oil business friends just want to get in and get Arabian oil for them-selves.
Remember dear - you, me, the Iran people are not as important as one inch of the penis of these oil-men, so they think. These men make the devil look like an angel because they are wicked, evil and greedy.
Poor shrub has some degenerative brain disease that is the cause of the language mistakes he makes. His evil friends use and manipulate poor shrub. Then the world blames shrub (George W. Bush)

Simple. Diplomacy only works under the following conditions:
1. Bth sides want diplomacy to work. Iran doesn't want it. It wants a military conflict.
2. Both sides can trust the other. Iran is about as trustworthy as Bill Clintons marital vows of fidelity.

I have no idea. He has agreed to use diplomacy in the case of North Korea. He offers full diplomatic priviledges to China (which has sold billions of dollars of weapons and technology to Iran and North Korea). Why not talk? It's cheaper than war.

Diplomacy didn't work with their neighbor Iraq and he knows it won't work again. It's like a police officer who is continually bringing "punks" into the station and getting spit at...after awhile he has had enough. So maybe you need to "get real".
