I am going out for a night of clubbing with some friends. I will be wearing a black tube skirt (slightly above the news) and a very low cut black halter shirt. We are going out for dinner first to somewhat nicer restaurant. What kind of top layer should I wear to cover up the plunging neckline?

Thanks

A shrug would not cover the plunging neckline..

Try wearing an off-shoulder sweater because you can still see the halter ribbons around your neck, or depending on how cold it is, wear a classier indoor jacket (that doesnt LOOK like a jacket), zipped up to an appropriate neckline, and take that jacket off to be put into coat check when you get to the club.

because of the fact it fairly is a halter applicable, i'd say something strapless below, basically adequate to cover the cleavage section. in spite of the undeniable fact that, if the spaghetti strap cami is all you have, then positioned on a lovable jacket over applicable to supply it a extra casual experience. in certainty, a jean jacket with the sleaves rolled up 3/4 quarters would be basically the trick. i wish this works and robust success

perfect solution:

wear a shoulder showing tee , you know the kind that sits on the sides of your shoulders? it will look brilliant and appropriate for a nicer restaurant... have fun!
