If you are in the USA you will need to check to see if you need worker's compensation insurance.

You will probably want to insure each employee for driving the van.

You will need public liability insurance to cover you if you or an employee causes damage to property or injury to another person.

You may need to carry insurance which covers your employees for acts of negligence.

General liability policy. Get it now! Also inform your auto insurance carrier that you use your vehicle for business.
