Bigger hotels do offer shuttle buses, taxis can be expensive but would obviously take you to your hotel. Alternatively, the metro is a very cheap and easy to use alternative. If you want the links, tell me the nearest metro line for your hotel and I'll tell you which lines to use to get there. It costs a little over one euro to ride the metro (underground)

The best way to get to/from the airport from/to your hotel is by the metro or bus. You can take a bus from Terminal 4 (I can't remember the number) to the "Barajas" Metro Station or you can get right on the metro from Terminals 1,2, and 3 at the "Aeropuerto" station. I'm not sure where your hotel is but most tourists stay in the "Sol" area and it will take you about 1 hour go to get to your hotel.
I'm not sure if the hotels offer shuttle buses. The ones that I've been, and they were pretty nice hotels, didn't offer such service. Unless you have a lot of baggage I would give you a word of advice and tell you not to take a taxi as a lot of the drivers like to rip off tourists so it can be quite expensive where in fact the metro ride is not bad at all and cheap too. Enjoy Spain!

It depends on where is your Hotel. Madrid Airport is connected to the metro underground railway, and from there it will take you almost anywhere in and around the city. It's clearly the cheapest option, just 1'35€. Alternatively you can take the bus, but the bus will only take you to Plaza Colon. And of course, the fastest way is taking a taxi cab, that will cost you between 20 and 40€, depending on where you going.

The aiport ir very well comunicated with Madrid. You have to take line 8 (airport station) to Nuevos Ministerios, from there you have to decide wheter to take Lines 10, 4 or the Cercanias train depend ing on where are you going. If i were you i would take a taxi though it would be around 35 euros to the city cetner and it is not that much of a problem, specially if it it your 1st time in here. If you take the tube just be carfeul of pickpocktes, as there are loads in the tube system in Madrid

Hi, all depends where is your hotel.
The subways is working really good and you have line 8 (pink)which take you to Nuevos Ministerios and you can change from there. Also there is a bus to the center, and the taxis are not to expensive either, only be careful and ask how much can cost you before. If you tell me which is your hotel I could tell you more less how much it will be.I know a taxi driver.
I have no idea about the hotels shuttle

Madrid's Barajas airport lies 13km to the northeast of Madrid's city limits. There is a fine transport system between Madrid airport and the city. See http://www.spain4uk.co.uk/madrid_airport.htm for more details
