can you use monistat 1 with mirena iud?

is this safe to use? I used diflucan and monistat 1 and i have mirena in? is this safe? i went thru pcp and they do not know i have mirena. Please let me know if this was ok to do. Thanks. .Also is it normal to still have little symtoms on day 4 most of the itching is gone but still a little irritated and very little itching.

It is safe to use with Mirena. As far as still having symptoms I know I still had a little irritation but not any itching. I would call your Dr for advice. If you still have a little yeast you could end up with full blown symptoms again.
