I've seen them with the top box, can you get pannier racks as well?

Yes, the full rack you are looking for is a "wingrack" (top case & 2 side cases). The Rack is the same on all bikes, what varies is the fitting kit whick is specific for the model. This link will take you to M & P who can supply the kit you need.

You can always get racks & boxes cheaper on ebay, theres usually lots of them on there but depends on how much in a rush you are. My wingrack & boxes were from ebay & I saved a fortune on them.
