I think 10th grade is the average dropout grade .Why do people dropout during this grade.

Because 15/16 is the age when people can get a full-time job and it's the legal age when you can stop schooling in most states

Because they see the scam of formal education. That schools simply are a tool to create conformists and highly governable citizens.

"Everyone" doesn't. Just the people who want to be dependent on society.
