I love it! I'm 27 weeks pregnant, and since I found I was having a boy, I've been stuck on Elliott Thomas, and that's what its going to be!! Anyone I've mentioned it to have said its a universal name that will suit a 2 year old little tot, a 20year old college student, a 40year old doctor and a 70year old Grandpa!! (I've got high hopes for my boy!!)
I love the name and didn't give a sh1t about the people who said it reminded them of ET.

And neither is it a girls name, Elliot from Scrubs is probably the only female with the name, and from what I remember, her parents had issues when she wasn't a boy....

I have a nephew named Elliott. It depends on the the surname, make sure it sounds good together. The name is quite nice and there are not too many Elliotts out there.

Elliott is quite a nice name but it also reminds me of the film E.T.

I have a friend who's son is called Elliot, and while I thought it was quite cute, I was amazed how many of our mutual friends thought it was really camp - ashamed to say I have been influenced and now see it as a bit poncy too.

It reminds me of E.T., wasn't that the actor's name or something? Also, Elliot Gould. It's okay. That's really funny that Dave thought the same thing too.
