3. At any point of time any one sees any person littering the place should be pointed out politely. May be not once or twice but over a period of time, when he will keep listening not to litter, he may change his behaviour.
4 Depute civil volunteers with the help of police to point out to the citizens to not to make the area dirty.
5. Provide modern closed dust bins around the city at strategic locations. Modern bins where cats and dogs cannot access and bring out the dirt.

We Indians, when we are abroad in another country, we abide by their rules fully because we fear that they will fine us or take us to jail etc. Also the prevailin cleanliness do not permit us to litter the area. Once the area is clean you will not feel like to spoil it. If it is spoilt from the beginning we do not mind in just adding on to it.
8. Remove all road side stalls and thelas. Thelas selling delicacies are a nuisance. They are one of the prime reasons for littering around the city. Because they do not have proper method of disposing the waste.
9. Remove extra perosons from Railway stations and Bus stands. Only the passengers having valid tickets should be allowed to enter the platform. Not the other relatives who come to drop them.
10. Lastly the population. How to control it? If we can control this one thing then many other things will come to track.

To make India clean is a very difficult task. But it is not impossible. All we need to do is to make the poorer sections literate and teach them the benefits of keeping our environment clean. Our government as we know will never take any steps towards keeping our country clean. So, we need to work as a team towards making India a better place to live in the future.
