Can we replace melanin from hair to chlorophyll pigments?

Biologically, we cannot.

It is possible if the gene code which controls production of melanin is altered in such a way that it produces chlorophyll. But even with chlorophyll, we would not be able to produce energy as it involves many other factors as well.
