If you are not joking... Are you cooking them thoroughly? Was it a healthy elephant? You could also be allergic to them.
There is a testicle festivial in a hick town (population 12) by where I live. There are two bars and every year they throw a testicle festival. I have tried cow, sheep, and pig balls. They don't taste that bad deep fried with sauce- kind of like squid though not quite as rubbery.

Well i not sure you are not just joking with us!!!
If you are not, I really don't think you should eat them. That's why you are getting sick. So my advice to you is leave the testicles where they belong on the elephants. Try chicken balls!! they

you are sick because u SHOULDNT be eating them in the first place ! now i dont know if they kill elephants and then u eat them or if they cut them off and they survive but regardless of that maby someone should cut off your privates and see how u feel !!

they are way too big, and if they havent been emptied in a while, way to heavy to eat the whole thing..
