yeah but it requires you to wrestle the tusk away from the elephant . i recommend hiding behind some bushes with a stick (just a small one will do) and when the moment is right jump out and begin smacking the elephant about the hind quarters legs and forehead (screaming if possible) . that elephant will give you it's tusk i promise .
after that it's just a standard sorbet recipe .

Actually, this popular African iced treat is misnamed. It came out of the Ivory Coast (hence the 'tusk' in the name). It's really just an addition of pachyderm syrup - hence the sorbet's grayish appearance.

It just so happens I have....
Ground Elephant Tusk... about 80g...
Double Cream
Full Fat Milk
And Caster Sugar
Mix it up and set it in the freezer until set.... drizzle with raspberry coulis.

did that over christmas, lovely desert here is my recipe
an elephant truck all chopped up in little pieces (discard hair)
2 egg whited well beaten till frothy and stiff
vanilla pod
1 cup of heavy cream
dried fruit (optional)
mix all ingredients except egg white till smooth, fold in egg white and freeze
yum yum
