I doesnt open so i have to pry it open and then put a cd in and when i press the close button it closes but it just keeps making noisies like it no t in all the way

Go to nearest computer hardware center, if this is under warranty period than contact your cd drive vendor.

Try rebooting to see if that doesn't reset the drive. If you still can't get it to open with the button, there is a tiny pinhole on the front where you can insert a paper clip, that will eject the disc holder.
Other than that, it does sound like the beginnings of mechanical failure.

There is mechanical failure in the drive.
Get the drive replaced or it will damage the cd.

sounds like a bad drive i would just replace it
