I personally think that by the end of the season they will look back at the forthcoming game on Saturday as where United's title ambitions began to crumble.

I predict Chelsea to win the League and Liverpool to win 2 - 0 on Saturday.

I have to agree with GIGGS is 007 on one point the United v. Liverpool games are the biggest games of the season. The two most successful English sides both from the North West of England with only the M62 separating them, having been to many of these games there is no atmosphere like it in the English game, forget your North London, Merseyside, or Manchester derbies this is the big one.

Manchester United 3-1 Liverpool

I am also a Liverpool fan, but I still think Manchester United will win. Man U has been playing at their best, unlike Barcelona, who Liverpool beat the other day, and so I still think they'll win over Liverpool. Hopefully Liverpool will put up a good fight for the win, and hopefully score some goals, but I don't think they have what it takes yet to beat out a very strong playing team like Man Utd.

SIR ALEX will not be going there to make up the numbers, MANCHESTER UNITED are 9 points clear, 2 factors come into play, UNITED have the most potent strike force, from all areas of the field, liverpool have the tightest record at home in the premiership, don't be surprised if he starts with 3 strikers, sacrificing ronaldo, and a flat back 4, 1 goal to win it either way.

anyway expect the unexpected, forget your arsenals or chelskis this is the biggest game of the season.

I would certainly want Liverpool to win this one since some games, ManU are rwally struggling to win their games
Lille a nonsensical plot to win as free-kick
Fulham- had Fulham doubled their advantage, it would have been a different story
Liverpool- I believe it will be a stern test for those two teams as both will fight for a place for the next round of the CL and that they have only one first-team!!!!

As a Chelsea fan , I would really like MaU to lose their after CFC's comprehensible defeat at Anfield........

Both teams wont field their best sides cause they'll have their eye on mid-week champions league games. Mabye Liverpool will get away with a 2-1 score, or a 1-1 draw.

Man u have the title in the bag.so really a draw would be ok for Arsenal, just sitting there behind Liverpool ,waiting to pounce into 3rd spot.

I would be delighted if Liverpool can win the match against Manchester United, but Manchester United seems unstoppable at the moment. They are just playing good entertaining football at their best.

My guess will be Man United will win (2:1) courtesy of Wane Rooney and Christiano Ronaldo.

It'll probably be a draw or a Man U win. They really want to put the pressure on Chelsea, so they'll be out there against you with hunger and show Chelsea (notneccesarily you) what they're made of.

Surely liverpoo will win 2-0 with Gerrard and Kuyt getting on the score sheet. They are in red-hot form. Though this game will not be a walkover as in the case of Sheffield United, if they work hard they can win!
Are you a reds fan?
