Is it for serious learning, or mainly for entertainment?

As a disabled person, it gives me the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the lives of people experiencing various kinds of problems, thereby permitting me to feel as though my continued existence has a useful purpose, which makes me feel better about myself and my life situation.

Entertainment, and because I think it does me good to feel righteously indignant when I come across a point of view I don't agree with. There's nothing better for the constitution than shaking one's fist at the computer screen and saying (loudly) "You don't know what you're talking about!".
Occasionally, I seriously learn things, and somewhat less occasionally, I find I can help people by answering their questions.

boredom mainly ... passes the time... its fun sometimes but it can get boring.... Gives u an insight into different people and their personalities .... Oh and its highly addictive !!
