... from the dole office (social security agency) if i have an outstnding bill of £500 and wil have balifs round if i dont pay it within a 2 weeks? plz this is real important

You can try . but saying that , my friend got one awhile back and stated that it was for clothing for the kids and new beds for them etc.. ask for a little more than what you need as they never give you the full amount .. My friend has a few !

Edit... I don't think they'll pay exisiting debts , not sure
Can't you get intouch with the bailiffs/debt collection agency and offer a small amount each week ? From what i read when my friend was in trouble they have to take any reasonable offer and the bailiffs themselves cannot remove anything that is essential to kids welfare !
